Buddies for Caving

We are looking for people who want to join us in visiting caves in the Pelepónnessos.

There is now a group of 5 people, 3 of which go back to their own country for work or family.
The person who lives here is very enthusiastic, but needs more technical instruction to climb safely.

Do you master the basic techniques of climbing?
Of course you have to cross considerable thresholds to do a vertical rise or fall. It's not easy, but it is necessary to be able to cave responsibly to be able to have fun doing it.
You are welcome to join us to see if you like caving

Initially there seemed to be a lot of interest, but people dropped out for various reasons.
- Very nice for once, but have seen it
- Nice, but then I have to cut back on other hobbies to do this seriously
- A lot of people are just scared (I can imagine)

I hope that this call will enthuse a number of people to get acquainted.

Parea sti Mani (Παρέα στη Μάνη)
The aims of the Parea sti Mani site are to provide information about important events in the area, information which might affect residents in the area, and information which could be useful in emergency situations.
