Morning Gym

At the Neochori Youth Center Gym (by Adrian Bryant).
Starting on the 12th of October 2020 the opening hours for the gym will be as follows:

  Monday - 9:00 - 12:00 pm and 16:30 - 18:30
Wednesday - 9:00 - 12:00 pm and 16:30 - 18:30
Friday - 9:00 - 12:00 pm and 16:30 - 18:30  

There is a fee required for using the Gym:
a. 25€ per month for members, (you can become a member by paying the additional 5€ per year if you reside in Neochori). Active involvement in local functions is required.
b. 30€ per month for non-members
c. Pay as you go, 10 days/visits membership cards can also be purchased for 30€.

Line Dancing

Basic/Improvers Class: Tuesdays 10:00 - 11:30am 
Improver/Intermediate Class: Wednesdays 10.00 - 12.00am

Cost: €3 per person per week as a contribution towards the running costs of the centre.

Yoga Lessons

I am Katerina and I am practicing yoga for 6 years. I would love to share my knowledge and practice every Tuesday and Thirsday afteroon.
* Let's go deeper into our body and spirit, let's concentrate on every single moment, let's relax from the problems of everyday life, let's come closer to our nature. *
We'll start this Tuesday (10/12), whoever has her/his mat, please bring it.
The lesson can be taught in Greek and English.
